Most recently, I led M&A and investments at Comcast's Strategic Investments team, where I spent 8 years and served on the boards of two AI companies. Prior to Comcast, I worked in growth initiatives at Univision and investment banking at AdMedia Partners (now GP Bullhound) and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist).
Over the course of my career as a banker, investor, and strategist, I've analyzed thousands of businesses and worked alongside leaders ranging from seed-stage founders to the C-suite of a Fortune 30 company.

$100-200M acquisition of energy business
Led diligence and built the business case for the acquisition of a solar energy installer. Led several diligence streams, oversaw the financial modeling, and ran the first 100 days of integration post-close.
Investment in Series B tech start up
Led financial diligence and financial modeling for the deal. Served as a Board Observer post closing. Led negotiations with the CFO to renew the commercial agreement.
Sale of smart home company
Led the sale of a smart home company by preparing the management team for meetings, writing the investment memorandum, reaching out to sellers and negotiating a deal.
